a. Our spa services are provided to you, the client, for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.
b. You must be 18 years or older to avail our spa services. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
c. All services offered are subject to availability.

Booking and Cancellation:
a. Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
b. A credit card or prepayment may be required to secure your appointment.
c. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
d. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.

Health and Safety:
a. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or concerns you may have before availing our services.
b. Our spa services may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional before availing our services.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying contagious conditions, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaving inappropriately.

Liability:
a. Our spa therapists and staff are trained professionals, and while they strive to provide a safe and comfortable experience, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after the provision of our services.
b. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto our premises.

Payment and Pricing:
a. Payment for our services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.
b. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice.

Code of Conduct:
a. We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
b. We expect clients to follow our spa etiquette guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.

Privacy:
a. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Modifications:
